Our story
We roast in small batches, on purpose.
Northern Roast started in a railway arch in Manchester with one drum roaster and a stubborn idea: that good coffee should taste of where it came from, not just of "roast".
We buy green beans from farms we can name, roast them in small batches, and send them out within a day. No warehouse, no year-old stock. Just fresh coffee, roasted properly, by people who drink it too.
